wrote this while we were in france, pretty much word for word from a dream that i had while sleeping under a bridge in southern france

if its a dream i don t want to get up
if its a dream don t want to open my eyes

i just think i ll stay in bed all day

went down to a party at 57 anderson place
i put on my party clothes my watch said a quarter to 8
so i hopped on the waterslide to the place ride
ya know i was the last one to arrive

was greeted at the door by jimmy with the stars in his head
he said come inside
and he blew some bubbled by my head
i don t think the rainbow door ever shined so bright
you ll dig the purple room
the doorman said

if its a dream i don t want to get up
if its a dream don t want to open my eyes
if its a dream
don t want to open my eyes
i just think i ll stay in bed all day

now i m rollin along with all of my best friends

we climbed to the rooftop in the blue sun
got another glimpse of the golden dome

i laid my head back in the swimming pool
and i poured a glass of wine
the sun was hot and the sand was cool
